We do not offer returns or exchanges.

What kind of shipping and local pick up do you offer?
We ship out quickly via UPS Ground within 2 days after order is submitted.  You will receive UPS tracking info as soon as it becomes available.  We ship only domestically in the USA.  Shipping charges are assigned based on box size and weight and calculated at check out.

FREE Local Pick Up is available at 131 W 1st Street, Elmhurst, Illinois at our retail location and this option is available at check out.
